    Initial Call

    Receive a phone call from one of our team to find out how we can help you and get your first appointment booked in.

    First Appointment

    At your first appointment, your advisor will talk through your plan and agree the first steps of your programme together.

Yes. What you discuss with your health coach is kept within the service and handled in line with NHS data protection standards.

Health coaching focuses on practical change. It helps you set goals, build habits and find the right support. It isn't a talking therapy, though it does take your emotional and mental wellbeing seriously.

No. If health coaching is what you need and you're happy with where you get to, that's absolutely fine. The onward pathways are there if and when you want them.
